From Plaistow, NH

From the town hall, Route 121A Main St, travel north 1/4 mile crossing railroad tracks. Take your first right after the second house on the right onto Maple Ave. Dr. Vitale's sign is on the the corner of Maple and Main Street.

From Kingston, NH

Travel South on Route 125, take a left onto Route 121A at Sanborn Candies. Follow one half mile, take a left on Maple Ave. If you go over the railroad tracks, you went too far.

From Hampstead/Sandown

Follow 121A South, cross Route 125. Continue one half mile, take a left onto Maple Ave. Parking available.

Pass through two sets of lights. Bear right at the third set of lights and continue on Route 125 North.Take right after Haffner Gas Station and Pizza Hut onto Route 121A. This is Main Street in Plaistow. Follow this road 2 miles, go past the town hall over the railroad crossing, and take your first right after the second house on the right onto Maple Ave. Parking is available in our lot and the entrance is on Maple Ave.
